RE: Great Country - Lots of Surf

i agree- if you have a big mouth like many young, spoiled, and obnoxious surfers have (seen many on my travels) you are gonna get in some trouble down there. you aren't in florida or o.c. anymore.

RE: Great Country - Lots of Surf

Hey Jay,
What's the name of that guide?  I just bought tix and am going Sept 8 to 17, where do you recommend, I am reading alot about Sunzal, this may be a stupid question but is Sunzal different from Zunzal (might just be a typo), anyway should I get a guide, Any places with nightlife where I won't feel threatened.  Traveling solo and an intermediate surfer, lived in sd for 6 years but now in Maryland.  Thanks for the help bro.

RE: Great Country - Lots of Surf

I am travelling solo and will be in Libertad, Sunzal area from March 29th to April 2nd. I want to surf a few different locations. Are you available during this time. Where are you located, and can you assist me with locating some good surf spots?

Thanks
Matt

RE: Great Country - Lots of Surf

Hey Elizabeth. I am gonna be down there during the last week of July - first week of Aug w/ about 4 friends of mine all from Southern CA. Let me know what your plans are. A friend who goes to school w/ me is from El Salvador and is gonna give me some contacts down there for surf and party spots and areas to avoid. Let me know.
