Hi I was planning on a short 10 day trip to El Salvador. We are not surfers but like warm tropical beaches. What I have read is most of the beaches are black sand. Were can we find white sand and is the country safe.

I am gonna be down there with about four friends of mine from July 28 - Aug 10. Plans are to rent a beach house north of La Libertad. I have a buddy who goes to school w/ me who is from El Salvador and is gonna give me some contacts down there. Let me know what your plans are. We are coming from Southern CA.

Hi, Just saw your reply about your place in Adami. We just got back from 9 days in La Libertad and the East. Had a blast. Great surfing and adventure. Do you rent your house, how much. Is there anything for sale and is it doable for gringos? thanks, steve
