Pictures

  • Mykal in Salinas, at shipwreck point with nice long lefts perfect for longboarders. As you can see outside left of the wrecked ship, a nice 2 meter wave.
  • Mykal paddling out at Shipwreck Point in Salinas
  • Mykal in Salinas, at Shipwreck Point sets of three waves come every 7 - 10 minutes, its worth the wait.
  • At Salinas, Shipwreck Point, if you catch the sets outside of the wrecked ship, you can ride the waves about 30 - 40 yards to the sand.
  • In Salinas, we took turns standing on the wrecked ship spotting the sets coming in.
  • Salinas, waiting for the sets. As you can see, it doesnt look like a spot that has waves, but every 7 - 10 minutes a set of three waves 1-2 meters comes thru.
