Its gets a bt shallow on low tide, it only works on high tide anyway. 

Description

This is an under-rated peak that only breaks on the high tide in front of the rivermouth at Zonte. Always less crowded than the nearby point. It breaks both left and right. It has much more power than the point, and is always a bit bigger. The peak here moves around quite a bit, and the wave can closeout, so careful wave selection is required. Despite this, you can get damn good, crunching, hollow waves here, you just need to pick your wave. This is why it is less crowded. The bigger it gets, the much further out it breaks, making it easy to get caught inside, best at 4-7+ feet. It also holds a slightly bigger wave than the point, and can also link up with the point if you get a really lucky wave, but this doesn't happen very often. Peaks of a solid 6 feet at the back will give you a steep jacking takeoff about 150 metres up from the point and about 50-100 m further out, and a beautiful crunching wall. Although it breaks in front of the river, the bottom is shallow rock, and these rocks jack the wave up much bigger and quicker than you think. What looks like a 4 set, quickly turns into a jacking 6 foot set. I got some fantastic rides here, alhough because ther peaks moves around so much, it can be very hard to position yourself for the best waves.
