Heavy, jacking right hand wall/barrel, breaks from 3 to 10 feet plus, although above 5-6 feet it's only for experts, as it's a really heavy wave open to all the swell, with cleanup sets breaking way out the back, and a current that tends to drag you into the impact zone, where dry reef awaits not too far inside, and no exits-the wave ends on dry reef. Best advice on a big day is to completely ignore the first wave of the set, if you miss it you are dead meat. The end section shuts down heavily also, you need to flick off or go through most waves, but the odd gamble will deliver an end section coverup. These factors combine to make it really only a wave for smaller days, where good barrels are common. Big barrels if you're game.
