Description

Superb location, 2 miles south of Wicklow Town, close to Brittas Bay and about 40 minutes Dublin. Private access to Magheramore beach via hardcore roadway. It's a popular spot for surfers as the waves there are some of the best on the East coast.

  • This was taken the weekending 19th 20th Feb 2005 (my first roll of film in the water). This is on a northern swell & very light off-shore at 8am.
  • WKend 19th 20th Feb 2005, this is in the right hand corner of the beach, 1hr B4 high tide.
  • Nice take off and lovely little wave for a girl who's only been surfing 6/7 mths!! Sweet!!
  • end of the summer '04... nice 2hr session after work. PBase pumpin it..
  • This was Saturday 05/11/2005 & every other weekend thanks to the EAST COAST SURF CLUB!! They turn up with a minimum group size of 20 surfers!! The car park is FULL & they all go for the same wave and all take the same wipe out!!
