Description

Great wave, gets its name from the depth of the reef and size needed to produce waves, when its on (4 ft +) the wave will barrel and stay open for a speedy 300 or more yards. Strictly a left, crowds can be bad on the weekends. Inches is one of the only summertime waves in PR, working when the trade winds blow. Maybe flat in the morning but as the trades blow during the day local wind swell can develop. When the trade winds have been blowing for a couple of days you know it will be working. Southern hurricanes/storms that pass to the south of PR will also produce great waves for Inches. When its on Inches is the longest left hand barrel on the island
