Big concrete pipe on the left. Occasional shark and heacy weather.  
Description

It is right next to a big concrete pipe runnig into the sea for about 75-100 metres. From the road to the water's edge is a rather long walk over a flat beach towards the pipe. There are picnic spots on the way to the beach. It is on your right as you are entering Strand from Somerset West. Further along the coast are bigger spots like Kogel Bay and Betty's bay.
