Take-off can be hectic due to a direct rebound wave 
Description

My local break - Take off 50 metres in front of a large rock - if the rebound of the previous wave doesn't hammer you - bottom turn and set up for epic tube - make the tube - enter the rippable part of the wave. When surf is 6 foot+, wave breaks further out and take off is further away from rebounding wave. Long rides - good tubes - rippable middle section - a gem! Can be inconsistent but holds it's own when J-Bay is out of control.
