This is a very intense wave. A deepwater shoal creates big, thundering, sunset beach type waves that roll in from South to North that look like mini-mountains of water. The North Peak is big shifting A-frames that barrel top to bottom on a bigger swell with the right wind direction. The south peak is more of a long left wall that spits and grinds of the right tide but can be extremely rippable as well. Watch out at all times for rogue cleanup sets that break about 50 yards outside the normal lineup and catch everyone inside. Also, for the really big days, bring a 7'6 or bigger. This is a serious big wave when it's on, so know your limits. When it's smaller(1-2x overhead) you might want a mini-gun o shortboard. Have fun and good luck
