The spot is on the Southwestern part of RI. It is a pretty good place for beginners especially if there is alot of wind or a storm. The water is cold all the time, and there are occasional crowds. It is best to go in the morning or in the evening. The waves are striclty OK.
There are barreling waves occasionally and the waves can get up to 5 feet. You have to be smart and ride the right ones. The ride is about 25 - 75 meters. Its fun. I woudn't recommend it unless you are a beginner. But there are much better places you could go.
There is the ocassional jellyfish, I'm not sure if they are harmful or not. I wouldn't recommend touching one. So overall this spot was 3 stars, for the various reasons.
