Description

Tanna Island-Lenakil surf break. The break is a wrapping left hander that breaks into deep water around the edge of a very shallow reef. The wave walls, then barrells on some sections before wrapping back into the reef. A fun wave (90m) which could be much longer with a good southerly swell. There are numerous other breaks on Tanna, including Evergreens (in front of Evergreen resort, just north of the airport), Turtle Bay on the west coast and excellent breaks around Port Resolution on the west coast.
