A left hand reef break breaking over rock.

Les Alcyons is described as the inside part of Avalanche, but they are really two seperate waves, a few hundred metres apart. Alcyons is best at 6-8 feet+ (more?) with a steep takeoff and a hollow barrelling inside section. Easy to get out off the carpark, the wave is steep and powerful, all class. Watch a few rocks also. Guthery is a right on the other side of the bay.
